Young Ranch is a planned development district consisting of roughly 388 acres south of I-10 near Pederson Road. You can take exit 737 from Interstate 10 and go south to the community. A left turn on Kingsland takes you to the Young Ranch amenity center. Young Ranch is north of the community of Firethorne, and just east of Willow Creek Farms. Young Ranch is one of the latest communities annexed into the City of Katy. As such it falls within the City of Katy zoning ordinance restrictions.
