Denton County home prices slid 2 percent in November as the DFW housing market experienced the worst sales decline in 7 years. Frisco TX Home Sales Collapse As DFW Market Turns

Home sales were down 13 percent in Frisco TX, the popular suburban Dallas community which is also home to the Dallas Cowboys. Denton County existing home sales declined 11 percent in the month of October. Sales of existing single-family homes were a bit softer still. Pending sales of existing resale single-family properties in Denton County currently show an 18 percent decline for October.  These updated NTREIS figures for Denton County Texas show that the correction in the North Texas real estate market is still in play. Denton County home sales continued to stagnate in August, sliding 7 percent from the same time last year. Denton area home sales declined a bit more than the DFW area as a whole during August,  likely due to the higher average price points in Denton County. Denton Home Sales Soar In June As DFW Sales Swoon

DFW home sales fell in June with the diminishing supply of affordable homes. Home prices are still rising in many DFW submarkets, but sales are cooling in the more expensive submarkets.
