HOA fees in Union Park vary depending on the size of the lot. In one of the more interesting setups, monthly assessments range from $120 to $135 per month. Union Park residents receive front yard maintenance and home alarm monitoring included as part of their association dues. Mowing, flower bed weeding, shrub pruning and regular fertilizer treatments keep your front yard looking like a manicured park. Property tax rates in Union Park are approximately 2.71 percent.  Union Park has a special municipal management district (MMD), with the Mustang Special Utility District providing water and wastewater services to the community.
