About Ashford Park

Ashford Park is a Meritage Homes development in Corinth Texas. Find single-family homes for sale or rent. This 83-acre community lies along Lake Sharon Road just west of Interstate 35. This Corinth neighborhood features 229 single-family Patio home sites with lot dimensions of roughly 50' by 120'. It also contains 208 Cottage homes on smaller 30' by 98' lots. The community features four phases or sections. Prices in Ashford Park started in the $mid 300's in 2023 . The average price of a home in the city of Corinth December 2023 was $475,000.

The more traditional Patio home homes in Ashford Park could look like the Holly, Beech and Cedar floor plans which were built in Terrace Oaks. The smaller Cottage Series homes are could look like the Kent, Dorset, Camden, Sutton and Harrow floor plans which are being built in some other Meritage communities.

A Taste of Terrace Oaks but with more Density

Ashford Park will probably look a lot like Terrace Oaks but with the addition of the higher density Cottage home product added to the mix of homes. Ashford Park features a community center with a pool and playground. Landscaping and the general community appearance should be consistent with other recent new home developments in Corinth. The lot sizes are generally smaller than Terrace Oaks, but residents do get to enjoy a community pool.

Ashford Park will be served by the Lakes Dallas Independent School District. Campuses zoned for this neighborhood include Lake Dallas High School, Lake Dallas Middle School and Corinth Elementary. Unlike the adjacent community of Terrace Oaks, Ashford Park will not have any residences located in the Denton ISD attendance boundary.
