Lennon Creek is a Tri Pointe Homes community in the Town of Hickory Creek Texas. Lennon Creek is located south of the intersection of Parkridge Dr and Teasley Dr (also known as Swisher Rd or FM 2181). The community of Lennon Creek features 83 home sites which are roughly 50′ by 120′ with another 50 home sites measuring 60′ by 120′. Prices will likely be in the $300,000 to $500 range.  As of February 2021 the 12-month rolling average price of a resale home in Hickory Creek was $366,921. The rolling average price of a new construction was $440,892.

Lennon Creek is just one of the many new micro developments in the Lake Cities area. Sycamore Cove is a 32-acre community in Hickory Creek near Hickory Heights and Steeplechase South. DR Horton recently opened the small pocket community of Alcove at Hickory Creek near the Walmart shopping center.

Lennon Creek is served by the Lakes Dallas Independent School District. The campus at Lake Dallas High School is just across the road on the north side of Teasley. Lake Dallas Middle School is on the other side of I-35 on Hundley Dr, while Corinth Elementary is located just east of the high school.

Tri Pointe Homes was formerly known as TRI Pointe Group. Tri Pointe is a California based builder which entered the DFW market via its acquisition of Trendmaker Homes in Houston. Tri Pointe expanded its national footprint by purchasing several regional brands during the past few years.  Trendmaker was an established name in affordable luxury segment in the Houston market for many years. Trendmaker recently finished out some of the remaining lots in the Villages of Carmel in Denton. Tri Pointe now offers homes in Stark Farms in the north side of Denton as well as Lakeside Estates at Paloma Creek. Tri Pointe is also building in the Creeks of Legacy in Celina and several other DFW locations.
