Canada's Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately-owned builder is acquiring the Dallas-Fort Worth operations of New Synergy Homes. New Synergy is a division of Centurion American Development Group currently building homes in the northern DFW metroplex. Mattamy's acquisition will give the company ownership and control of over 3400 homesites in 26 different communities.
