New Corinth developments are bringing hundreds of new homes to the Lake Cities area. 2024 has seen continued infill development within Denton County and across North Texas. This is not surprising with the huge demand for affordable homes.
Meritage Homes continues to finish out the Ashford Park development along Lake Sharon Blvd. Before those homes are are all sold there will be other developments in Corinth to fill demand for housing.
Oak Ridge Park
The community of Oak Ridge Park will be going up just across the street along Lake Sharon. This 58-acre development at 2300 Lake Sharon Dr will bring over 300 new homes to Corinth at project completion. Plans call for a mix of single-family lots, patio lots and some smaller cottage lots.
Enclave at Canyon Ranch
Enclave at Canyon Ranch is a new offering in the Corinth developments mix. Tri Pointe Homes is turning the dirt on 48 acres for this project to bring over 230 single-family homes to Corinth. The homes in the Enclave at Canyon Ranch area slated to come on 40′ and 45′ lots with two different concept designs.
The Enclave at Canyon Ranch will be located at 3790 Parkridge Drive, just south of Swisher (FM 2181) and directly to the west of Tri Pointe’s other recent project, Lennon Creek.
Canyon Lake Ranch
Canyon Lake Ranch is a mixed use offering in the Corinth developments landscape from Long Lake Developments. This 108-acre parcel at 2200 FM 2181. Canyon Lake Ranch will contain a mix of commercial and residential, including some luxury homes along the existing body of water. The Canyon Lake Ranch plan includes 16 acres of open space and a trail network. Smaller townhomes also appear to be part of the larger concept plan.
These new Corinth developments will add more housing choices in the years to come.
