Corinth Texas is home to roughly 22,000 residents just south of the city of Denton in Denton County, situated along the I-35 corridor. Corinth area students are served by the Lake Dallas Independent School District and Denton Independent School District.  The University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University are two of the closest major universities in the area. Corinth is also home to a branch campus of North Central Texas College.

Oakmont Estates, Braewood at Oakmont, the Woods at Oakmont, Larkspur at Oakmont, Villas on the Fairway at Oakmont and Oakmont II are just some of the sections of the community where you may find homes for sale in Corinth Texas. Hawk Elementary and Crownover Middle school are just around the corner from the club at Oakmont, providing an added convenience for Corinth residents in the Denton ISD attendance zone.

Some of the newer construction in Corinth includes the communities of Ashford Park, Lake Sharon Estates, Valencia, Terrace Oaks and Crosspointe. Meritage is already halfway through their 400-home development of Ashford Park, which opened in 2021.

East of Corinth City Hall on the (east side of Interstate 35) Corinth has several other nice communities and the local city park. Corinth Community Park has several soccer fields and recreation areas while the softball and baseball fields on the other side of Corinth Pkwy stay busy during most weekends.

Corinth is small town, encompassing only 8 square miles featuring family-oriented neighborhoods and a gently rolling terrain. Recreation opportunities abound at nearby Lake Lewisville, one of the largest lakes in north Texas at over 29,000 acres. Other nearby attractions include the North Texas State Fair and Rodeo and the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival.

The Denton County Transportation Authority provides commuter rail and bus service to Corinth area locations like Denton, Highland Village, Frisco, McKinney and Allen. Commuter connections are also available to other DFW metro destinations.
