Village Builders Waterbrook Opening Late Fall In Argyle TX

Village Builders has pushed back their opening for the Argyle community of Waterbook to late Fall 2019 according to a company representative I spoke with earlier today. One of model homes is currently under construction, but it will apparently be a couple of months before the community is ready to entertain contracts for new home construction. Waterbook won't see its first permanent residents until 2020. Village Builders is on schedule for a late fall 2019 opening (updated) for the community of Waterbrook in Argyle Texas. Lennar Corporation acquired the Argyle community of Waterbrook via their recent acquisition of Cal Atlantic Homes. Terra Manna was developing Waterbrook for Cal Atlantic before it was re-branded with Lennar's upscale Village Builders product line. Lennar Homes Misses Q4 Sales & Order Estimates, KB Net Order Value Declines 21%

Lennar Homes posted higher revenue and income for the fourth quarter of 2018, but new home sales and orders for Lennar missed analyst estimates. Accounting for Lennar's absorption of CalAtlantic the company's 14,154 home sales still fell short of analyst estimates for 14,485. Lennar Homes Posts Solid First Quarter After CalAtlantic Acquisition

Lennar Homes delivered 6765 homes during the first quarter of 2018, the first fiscal quarter capturing a portion of the CalAtlantic acquisition. New orders at Lennar jumped 30% with a dollar value of $3.4 billion. After absorbing CalAtlantic Homes, the combined company now boasts a backlog of 17,566 homes with a combined value of $7.7 billion.
