Census: New Home Sales For July Slide To 627,000 Annual Rate

The Census Bureau reported new home sales for July at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 627,000. That translates to a 1.7% decline from June's pace but up 12.8% year-over-year. New Home Sales Increase To 689,000 Annual Rate In May
